This was my mother's signature recipe. Slice lengthwise, very thinly. Also delicious chilled, with spicy mustard on tiny party rolls.   

Stir Fry: Garbanzo Stir-Fry
Fresh herbs are sauteed with garlic in olive oil, then cooked with garbanzo beans, zucchini, mushrooms and tomatoes. This can be served either as a main dish or side dish. If you like, you can add raisins or pine nuts to the garbanzos in the beginning.   

Main Dish Salads: Orange Pecan Tuna Salad
A nice and refreshing tuna salad to use as a sandwich filing or a cracker spread. Orange juice and pecans give the salad a lovely sweet nuttiness.   

Ribs: Stuffed Ribs
Delicious dressing sandwiched between racks of back ribs or spare ribs - my mom made these when I was growing up, often after we had a turkey dinner and had leftover stuffing/dressing. They are delish!

Stuffed Peppers: Tofu and Rice Stuffed Peppers
Italian style stuffed bell peppers for the vegetarian (can easily be prepared vegan). Even my meat-eating husband loved these.
